Cancellation

At Craft Creek Photography, we understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. To keep things clear and fair for everyone, here is our cancellation policy for photography sessions:

Full Refund (More Than 48 Hours’ Notice):
• If you need to cancel your photography session reservation, please let us know more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
• If you cancel more than 48 hours before your session, we will refund your deposit in full, no questions asked.

Deposit Retention (Within 48 Hours):
• If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, unfortunately we are unable to refund your deposit.
• We understand that unforeseen circumstances can come up, but this policy lets us honor the time and commitment we set aside for your session.

Weddings:
• If you cancel 30 or more days before your wedding date, we will refund your deposit in full.
• If you cancel between 2 weeks and 30 days before your wedding date, we will refund one-quarter of your deposit.
• If you cancel less than 2 weeks before your wedding date, unfortunately we are unable to refund your deposit.
• Because we reserve your wedding date and turn away other bookings for it, this lets us honor the time and commitment we set aside for your wedding. The 48-hour policy above applies to all other sessions.

Rescheduling Options:
• If you find yourself in a situation where you need to reschedule your session, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
• We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability, without any penalty.
