Lichgate on High Road

Best for: Engagements, proposals and couples

Giant live oak with sprawling, low branches over a shaded clearing at Lichgate on High Road

One enormous, sprawling live oak stands in a grassy clearing ringed by tall pines. The mood is quiet and a little dramatic, with deep greens and earthy browns, and the tree is big enough to frame a couple from far away or close in.

Good to Know

  • Small site, so sessions stay simple and intimate. Late afternoon light filters softly through the pines.
  • Travel is free within 10 miles of our studio at 3110 Shamrock Street North and $2.50 per mile beyond.
  • Not sure this is the right spot? We are happy to suggest the best location and time of day for your session.
