Cancellation

At Craft Creek Photography, I understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. To keep things clear and fair for everyone, here is my cancellation policy for photography sessions:

Full Refund (More Than 48 Hours’ Notice):
• If you need to cancel your photography session reservation, please let me know more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
• If you cancel more than 48 hours before your session, I will refund your deposit in full, no questions asked.

Deposit Retention (Within 48 Hours):
• If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, unfortunately I am unable to refund your deposit.
• I understand that unforeseen circumstances can come up, but this policy lets me honor the time and commitment I set aside for your session.

Weddings (Within Two Weeks of Your Wedding Date):
• For weddings, if you cancel within two weeks (14 days) of your wedding date, unfortunately I am unable to refund your deposit.
• Because I reserve your wedding date and turn away other bookings for it, this lets me honor the time and commitment I set aside for your wedding.

Rescheduling Options:
• If you find yourself in a situation where you need to reschedule your session, please reach out to me as soon as possible.
• I will do my best to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability, without any penalty.
