At Craft Creek Photography, we understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. To ensure transparency and fairness for all our valued clients, we have established the following cancellation policy for our photography sessions:

48-Hour Full Refund Policy:
• If you need to cancel your photography session reservation, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
• For cancellations made within this 48-hour window, we will gladly refund your deposit in full, no questions asked.

Deposit Retention Policy:
• Should you need to cancel your session less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, unfortunately, we will be unable to refund your deposit.
• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but this policy ensures that we can honor the time and commitment of our photographers.

Rescheduling Options:
• If you find yourself in a situation where you need to reschedule your session, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
• We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability, without any penalty.
